The case of Soni Pekova and expert stamps: Formal bias, the double standard of justice and the background of the Slovak whistleblower
In today's broadcast on the Aby bylo jasno platform, I focus in detail on the decision of the Ministry of Justice regarding the cancellation of the expert authorization of MUDr. Soni Pekova, Ph.D. It is necessary to clear the whole case of media manipulations and to look at its strictly legal nature, the systemic double standard in Czech expert practice and the political background of the Slovak deputy who submitted the initiative.
Dear followers, the case of covid vaccines and Sonia Peková cannot be neglected and in today's issueTo be cleartherefore, we will discuss what it is about - and what it is not about. Especially:
1) In the decision, the Ministry did not question the expertise of dr. Pekov, nor the factual correctness of her opinions (although some media may suggest this to you)
2) The MSp decision addressed the formal bias of dr. Pekové in her position as an expert. It really is impossible to be an expert (legally impartial) at the same time and at the same time publicly defend a certain cause, for better or for worse.
3) MSp is right about that - but at the same time, it should remove the expert stamp from a lot of other doctors and professors who publicly campaign for this or that, and then cheerfully write expert opinions about it...
4) From a political point of view, the Slovakian MP Szalay is an interesting figure, what Soňa Peková was accused of - he is one of the "privatizers of Visegrád", who once helped in Slovakia under Zajac with so-called reforms to enable the privatization of health insurance companies, according to dubious models from the USA, which would allow oligarchs and financial speculators from abroad to enter public insurance.
We will talk about all this and much more in a moment, at 20:00 CET, in Eurojungle on ABJ. I'm looking forward to it!
