The document states that most of the adult population has what is known as “hybrid immunity” against SARS-CoV-2 infection—a modern code term for ordinary immunity acquired through infection in people who were also vaccinated either before or after contracting the virus. It also says that pregnant women need not be vaccinated, as they are not at greater risk of severe disease than healthy women of the same age. We therefore congratulate our German colleagues, as it appears that, this time, they do not intend to carry their COVID-era loss of reason all the way to the proverbial bunker beneath Berlin. That is good news for the rest of Central Europe. One can only wish that Germany’s climate zealots would learn something from the country’s vaccinologists; they, by contrast, are still marching enthusiastically towards the bunker beneath Berlin.

Meanwhile, in the Czech lands, a suffocating silence continues to surround the subject of COVID “vaccines.” Neither Czech Television nor Czech Radio has reported on the German vaccination revolution—presumably they overlooked it amid the strike. We shall see how the Czech Vaccine-Fanatic Society responds, given that its current recommendations still advise vaccinating anything with arms and legs.

And so, amid the public’s general indifference, yet another totalitarian regime is slowly collapsing in Europe—this one considerably more bizarre, though no less harmful, than its predecessor. When communism was falling apart more than thirty years ago, a certain Comrade General Secretary worried that, in a rapidly changing world, the Czech communists might be left standing alone like a fence post. This time, it appears that the one left standing like a fence post, together with his misguided “recommendations,” will be the professor-doctor-colonel.
