NOT LANDIAN LIKE LANDIAN
The famous actor Pavel Landovský once risked "the favor of the state and the government" when he signed a call (Ch77) for the state to obey its own laws. It turned out that the state - again in violation of its own laws - first deprived him of the possibility of livelihood and finally drove him to emigrate. I think that Pavel Landovský would have a big problem with the fact that his son Jakub Landovský, on the contrary, actively assists when the state violates its own laws, profits from it and does not risk anything himself, because the government transfers the risk resulting from the violation of the law to the state's residents.
Jakub Landovský said * about the ammunition initiative, that as a state we put KNOW HOW and RISK into it, becauseIssuing End User Certificates (EUC) about ammunition that ends up in the Czech Republic and then ensuring that it appears in Ukraine is a risk... and it is a risk that the government creates and that realistically threatens all citizens.
Adherence to what is declared in the aforementioned End User Certificate (EUC) is one of the most watched issues in the military trade worldwide. Any non-compliance or even violation of the law in such cases is sanctioned by the Criminal Code. This could include the following paragraphs:
§ 265 - Carrying out foreign trade in military material without a permit or license
§ 266 - Violation of obligations in connection with the issuance of permits and licenses for foreign trade in military material
§ 267 - Misrepresentation of data and failure to maintain documents regarding foreign trade in military material
It is reasonable to suspect that this "munitions initiative" carried out by the Czech Republic is also inconsistent with European legislation. This is Council Common Position 2008/944/CFSP of 8 December 2008, which lays down common rules for the control of the export of military technology and military material (Article 2/7, Article 5), as amended.
There are reasonable suspicions that the weapons material is already being delivered illegally, in violation of the EUC (i.e. to Ukraine), and then re-exported to the black markets with weapons (for example, to Africa or Latin America, because representatives of buyers there allegedly go to Ukraine to train in handling these weapons). It is also possible that weapons allegedly supplied to Ukraine are sometimes traded on the black market without ever reaching Ukraine.
It is therefore necessary to raise the voices of the public (especially through deputies) to find out whether the criminal law authorities are already active in this matter, because according to the criminal code, the prosecutors are obliged to prosecute all criminal acts that they learn about!!
What do you think, Lenko Bradáčová, as the highest prosecutor?!? Are you doing your duty? Or is the maxim that someone who breaks the law does not have to have a good defense attorney if he has the public prosecutor's office on his side?
